The package got lost the first time, and it was replaced and arrived fairly timely. I don’t remember the name of who helped me but it was amazing. The water bottle cap works really well as well. For my second order I’m quite happy

The version 2 lid did not withstand a direct drop to a solid floor. Amazingly, it cracked but did not shatter and was still functional, as it tried to keep a decent seal, but it did need to be replaced.

I ordered a replacement lid Lickity split, and the new one works like a charm—just like the original v2 that came with the bottle. Love V2!!!

Creds to the team for designing an awesome lid and keeping it cost-effective. Also, kudos to the support team for having the AI bot return an email in 1 minute after I sent it asking how I can resolve my cracked lid issue. Tremendous efficiency for me on a weekend!

I had a water bottle with the original lid that broke from a drop. This lid seems a lot sturdier and easier to clean with the grooves on the inside instead of the outside. I thought that would bug me when I drank from it, but I don’t notice it at all! Great product.

Best lids I’ve used. Bought one to replace the awful lid on another bottle I’d bought a while back.
